Daily villa pricing is EUR 200 outside July, August, and September. Those peak months are EUR 300 per day.

Damage deposit: EUR 10 refundable cash collected at check-in.
Standard check-in is 15:00 to 18:00. Check-out is 09:00 to 10:00.

Payment is completed through Stripe Checkout when available, with Wise or Revolut follow-up as a backup. Minimum check-in age is 18. Guest identification may be requested to verify the reservation.
